Happy Friday. I did not have a blog post up this past Monday because I was very sick. I am feeling a lot better now, and ready to get back to my uploading schedule. Those are all 5 milk flavors that Milkadamia has. I am going to link their website here. Check them out, all of the milk's are very delicious and nutritious. My favorite is the Lightly Sweetened Milk because for me, milk needs to have a sweet taste to it, for me to like it. There is no milk in any of these 5 flavors, and they still taste like that. Trust me, you will be mind blown. These are so much more healthier then actual milk. You are saving a lot of calories, being a lot healthier and treating your body a whole lot better.
