Fried Calamari


Ingredients:

  • Calamari

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 2 gallons Vegetable Oil

  • 1 tbsp Salt

  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tbsp Paprika

  • 1 tbsp Oregano Leaves


Instructions:

  1. Rinse the calamari, pat until dry.

  2. Roll in the flour

  3. Stir in desired spices to the calamari

    (I used the ones listed above, highly recommend)

  4. Pour Vegetable Oil into fryer

  5. Fry for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown

  6. Drain the calamari

  7. Serve immediately


    Optional: Serve with cocktail sauce, but other great options include marinara sauce or lemon aioli.
